About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ year of automation experience
  • Experience in emerging technologies including generative AI, agentic AI, Data Engineering, Data Mining & Visualization, machine learning, and NLP/NLG.
  • Demonstrated expertise of Automation tools such as UiPath, Power Apps, MS Dynamics
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading innovation projects.
  • Product Owner experience and/or certification Knowledgeable about technology development lifecycle and agile methodology (Scaled Agile)
  • Experience gather user/business requirements and translating them into epics and user stories.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
  • Experience driving and leading organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: coordinating, planning and executing through all phases
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: defining future state, gap analysis, and scope management
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
  • Prior experience in JIRA and Confluence

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Intelligent Automation New gen Product Owner with hands on experience to join our team. In this role you will liaise you will solve high complex business problems through innovative automation solutions. As a Product Owner, you will work directly with subject matter experts within the lines of business to fully comprehend business processes and translate those processes into clear and concise user stories, partner with tech teams to ensure automation delivery and deployment. This role will support automation testing, as well as facilitate User Acceptance Testing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to wear multiple hats within the scrum team and remain flexible as focus and priorities shift. It is essential that the person in this role have superior communication skills.
