Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Join a leading automotive supplier manufacturer as a CNC Operator. This role involves loading parts onto machines and conducting basic inspections after processing. You will work in a production environment, consistently operating the same parts.

Responsibilities

  • Load parts onto CNC machines and operate them efficiently.
  • Perform basic inspections of parts after processing.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout production.
  • Maintain consistent operation of the same parts.
  • Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in CNC machine operation.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes.
  • Basic troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with micrometers and calipers.
  • Quality inspection skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of assembly and production techniques.
  • Experience with machining tools such as mills, lathes, industrial saws, and press brakes.
  • Open to candidates with other types of machine operation experience and mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment

Work in an extremely climate-controlled and clean environment. Training will occur during daytime hours, requiring candidates to be comfortable standing for extended periods. Operate within specified shifts: 2nd shift from 3PM-11:30PM, Monday through Friday, and 3rd shift from 11PM-7:30AM, Sunday through Thursday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $49920.00/yr.

medical, dental, vision benefits and 401K w/ company match, 2X overtime on Sundays when they work their full 40 hours
