Senior Media Designer (Video/Motion Design/3D Visualizations)

McKinsey & Company

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

Your Impact

As a Senior Media Designer at McKinsey & Company, you will use your creativity and design skills to transform ideas into visually engaging and memorable experiences and media products for our clients. You will conceptualize and produce compelling videos and 3D visualizations (e.g., explainer videos explaining processes, organizational structures, user journeys) that meet McKinsey’s highest quality standards, both in terms of product and process. You will collaborate with consultants to develop visual concepts and creative solutions tailored to the needs of their target audiences to best support their communication goals, tell visual stories, and bring together communicative and visual content.

You will work alongside colleagues as part of design project teams led by more experienced Designers or Creative Leads, and gain maturity to support projects from the initial briefing through the concept design to the realization of the final product.

As a Senior Media Designer, you will have access to learning and development opportunities, mentorship, and on-the-job upskilling. You will embark on a design career that will allow you to deepen your expertise and further grow at McKinsey.
