We are looking for an RePower Program: Site Quality Engineer – Senior to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Seymour, IN location.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Demonstrated role competence is required. College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific subject or experience equivalent is required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Intermediate level of experience required. Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Program Management role in the automotive industry or a similarly regulated industry. Minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing or quality experience required.
This is an engine Assembly Site Quality Engineering position. They will work alongside other Quality Team members for the first few months to get acquainted with their area of responsibility. This position will have daily interactions with cross functional assembly team members to ensure they have the problem solving, tools, and knowledge they need to be successful in this role. This position will be responsible for one of the engine assembly lines within SEP. The Assembly Quality Engineer will work to ensure they are leading quality system improvement activities. They will work cross functionally with other departments such as Operations, Safety, Manufacturing Engineers, Product E Engineers, and Materials to achieve plant quality targets. They need to have the ability to provide feedback, recognition, and corrective action when necessary. Enforce SEP policies and procedures - Lead by example and encourage the right behaviors.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role is $8,000/month (subject to applicable withholdings), plus benefits such as health and wellness while in the returnship program.
