As a Manager, Business Analysis & Insights– Fuel. You will partner with the Fuel Buyer by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing pricing and procurement strategies, and driving analytical solutions to enhance fuel performance and profitability.

What you'll do …

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by creating, maintaining, and evaluating datasets; comparing against third-party sources, budgets, and actuals; analyzing financials, KPIs, and compliance risks; and supporting both recurring and ad hoc analysis with financial models and tools.
  • Support Day-Deal fuel purchasing by collaborating with fuel buyers to analyze market data, create contract formulas in SAP, and communicate with suppliers.
  • Ensure SAP accuracy by verifying GCP Errors and maintaining up-to-date contract expiration details aligned with current supplier agreements.
  • Deliver actionable insights by evaluating ongoing analytical needs, synthesizing data into standardized reports, and advising on best practices to inform and support business strategy.
  • Generate market intelligence by analyzing research and industry trends, communicating key insights to stakeholders, and recommending improvements to influence cross-functional and leadership decisions.
  • Support reporting and operational needs by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and serving as a subject matter expert to guide stakeholders and resolve issues.
  • Optimize business processes by managing workflows, timelines, and documentation; ensuring functionality of controls; supporting training initiatives; and maintaining compliance across operational areas.
  • Respond to analytical requests by leveraging tools to extract, consolidate, and format data; identifying root causes; and recommending solutions that enhance system efficiency and delivery methods.
  • Drive execution of key initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, setting goals, tracking performance, identifying improvement areas, and fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
