About This Role
In the role of Manager – R&D Business Planning, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential financial support for our clinical pipeline at both the program and study/trial levels. Collaborating closely with our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team and R&D functional stakeholders, you will support comprehensive study planning, including clinical trial costing, long-range planning, annual planning, and continuous reforecasting. You will also engage with external vendors to establish and manage financial forecasts. This position is integral in offering financial insight into the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) and generating study cost estimates to optimize capital allocation. Opportunities for future career growth include R&D program-level financial ownership, strategic financial planning, supporting business development prospects, and presenting to upper-level management.

The base compensation range for this role is: $106,000.00-$142,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
