JOB TITLE: Sales Administration

REPORTING TO: Sales Administration Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

• 営業サポート業務を通してメドトロニック全体のビジネスへ貢献する
• 顧客視点で業務をとらえサービスレベルの向上と効率化を目指す
• 顧客の視点で考え、顧客満足・サービス売上向上のアイデアを出し、率先して実施する
• 自チーム内ツールインフラ整備を行い、常に最高のサポートを提供できるファシリテーターとなり、またチームの運用状況を可視化する

Main Responsibilities

“A Day in the Life”

• 営業サポート業務全般
• 上記サポート業務にまつわるツール管理（SFDC含む）
• 業務改善による品質向上とプロセス効率化
• チームの工数や業務内容など集計し分析・業務改善資料を作成
• 顧客満足のための業務改善立案、プロジェクトマネジメント

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

MUST Haves

Job Experience

• 営業もしくは営業事務経験

Skills/Knowledge

• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（社内関連部署や代理店と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとる）
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office365: Teams,Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint）
• SFDCの使用経験
• ご自身発案での改善活動経験（他部署を巻き込んでの改善活動があれば尚可）
• 顧客志向であり、チームプレイヤーであること
• 強い問題意識と分析能力
• 常に現状を疑い、より良いプロセス品質と更なる改善を目指せる力

Education

• 学士（４年制大学卒）以上又はそれに相当する学位、資格保持者

Nice to have :

• 英語力：海外とのメールのやり取りやWeb会議でのコミュニケーションがスムーズに行えるレベル（TOEIC 600点程度）
• 医療業界での知識、経験があれば尚可
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可
• ChatGPT,Co-pilot,PawerAutomateなど新しいツールについてアレルギーなく使用できる力
