We’re looking for a talented senior UX/UI designer with the experience, passion, and skills to join amAIz , Amdocs Gen-AI framework , and influence millions of users across the world

What will your job look like?

  • Understand and translate strategic company goals, business requirements, and user needs into compelling user experiences
  • Design interfaces that take into consideration content, navigational structure, human-machine interaction, and back-end constrains
  • Provide UX/UI design that is branded, creative, innovative, while facilitating a useful interactive experience
  • Employ and execute a wide range of usability tools, such as heuristic review, metrics, usability testing, etc. either as part of design projects or as standalone activities
  • Handle complex concepts as a senior designer in the group
  • Research, explore, and communicate best practices, designs, and issues with peers,customers, and development teams
  • Working for a large international company, you will become familiar with the Telco business segments and have a chance to impact and create user-centered UI designs for service providers from all over the world.
  • Be service-oriented and able to present, explain and justify designs to stakeholders
  • Consistently advocate for the user’s interests by verifying the design complies with standard usability principles and project constraints
  • Working with design system components to serve the project need in the most effective way
  • Develop and sign off on creative estimates and ensure high-quality execution of all deliverables
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions

All you need is...

  • Design school graduate (HIT, Shenkar, Vizo, Bezalel or equivalent), preferably a specialization in Interaction Design
  • Academic degree such as: BA/BS in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent work experience – an advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces for various channels (e.g. tablet, mobile, web, desktop, TV)
  • Strong UI/UX experience creating interfaces for complex interactive products
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) with ability to travel occasionally to customer sites overseas, and interact with teams in multiple international locations
  • A master of digital design tools like Figma, and comfortable with prototyping tools like Invision, Principle and adobe suite.
  • Customer-facing experience – ability to present the design solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on)
  • Service Providers/Financial services/banking education and/or experience will be an advantage
