Position Description:
As an Education Program Coordinator II in Academic Affairs you will coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the Foundational Science blocks in collaboration with course directors and faculty, . Duties include scheduling course events, monitoring course enrollments, inputting grades, maintenance of course materials within the learning management system, scheduling exams and proctoring, assisting in recruiting course facilitators and other duties as assigned. Provide support to the Curriculum team to facilitate the achievement of the Foundational Science and School of Medicine’s program goals.

Position Requirements:
Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Preferred Experience: Program Coordination, Teaching or Educational Management, Instructional Design
