Principal Product Manager – PLM
Position Summary
The Product Management team within F5's Digital Organization plays a critical role in shaping how internal functions like sales, marketing, finance, legal, and HR interact with and deliver value from F5’s platforms. Our mission is to build a more agile, responsive, and data-driven enterprise—one that can scale business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Product Offerings and Lifecycle Management across SaaS, perpetual, and cloud-based solutions. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring deep product expertise, strong stakeholder management, and operational rigor. You will drive New Product Introduction (NPI), End of Sales (EOS) processes, and initiatives that connect product usage, bookings, and revenue data to business decision-making.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Legal, aligning roadmaps and priorities to deliver scalable, user-centric platforms that support F5's evolving business model.

The annual base pay for this position is: $195,823.00 - $293,735.00
