The role:

Cater Care is seeking a passionate and talented part-time chef to join our team at Union College, one of our key education sites in St. Lucia. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your culinary skills to a vibrant and respected campus community.

Roster: Monday, Tuesday & Saturday, Sunday (30 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food for our students
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Ongoing menu development & refinement
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Adherence to food & general safety practices

Your background:

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Punctuality & reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
