We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef - The Peak Grill who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of The Peak Grill kitchen. In this role, you will oversee the kitchen section and ensure that it runs according to the performance standards and all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to the standard recipes. You will be responsible to organize and set-up the kitchen as effectively as possible, monitor food and operating costs, and manage and reduce wastage.
