• 販売データ・営業データの管理および分析を通じて、営業組織における意思決定を支援する

Main Responsibilities

“A Day in the Life”

以下の職務を担当するほか、他の任務が割り当てられることもあります。これらの職務を最大限実行するためには、営業、マーケティング、および関連部門と密接に提携することが期待されます。

• 主要業績評価指標（KPI）を作成する。主に売上実績に関するもの、営業インセンティブ（SIP）のための実績計算、営業活動状況、その他必要とされるデータや分析など
• データソース（SAP、SFDCなど）を的確に把握しメンテナンスする
• データ処理の自動化と正確性を確保し、BIツールを活用して効率化を推進する
• より効果的・効率的な情報提供となるようStakeholderに提言し改善する
• BIダッシュボードなど重要なイニシアチブに対し、周囲と連携し貢献する

＊営業関係者はじめIT・FIN・HRなどの関連部門、チームメンバーとのコミュニケーションが頻繁に発生するため、周囲と協力的に物事を進めていくことを期待しています

Must Haves

Job Experience

• データ分析、売上関連レポート、分析作業における関連経験３年以上

Skills/Knowledge

• PCスキル：Access（データ抽出、クエリ作成、フォーム作成、マクロ、VBA）/Excel（表計算、ピボットテーブル、フォーム作成、マクロ、VBA）/Word/PowerPoint
• Power AutomateやPower Queryの使用経験
• Tableau、Power BIなどのデータ視覚化ツールの作成側使用経験

Competency

• コミュニケーション力、交渉力、プレゼンテーションスキル
• 新しいツール・分析手法の習得意欲と対応力

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)
