PlainsCapital Bank is looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator.

The Salesforce Administrator applies practical knowledge and performs activities in their area of focus, works independently with general supervision. Specializes in Salesforce suite of products and serves as the gatekeepers of their organizations sales and marketing data.

• Create New User profiles and monitor access levels
• Oversee the import of new leads and contracts on a daily basis and develop standard operating procedures to support his process
• Run deduplication tools to scrub duplicate data from the database on a consistent basis
• Install high-priority updates and test updates in controlled conditions to see impact on system configurations
• Run frequent tests and reports to monitor the health of the database depending on the needs of the organization
• Create and maintain archive for field history tables (includes documenting error reports and all changes to field history tables)
• Address user issues and provide education and updates to
• Apply critical thinking to solve customer or operational requirements
• Perform tasks and applies knowledge of principles and methods necessary to meet operational requirements
• Interpret and explain products and/or processes
• Review and analyze data
• Prepare or maintain records
• Other functions as needed
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to report to Hilltop Plaza @ 6565 Hillcrest Avenue, Dallas, without the need for relocation assistance.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Degree preferred in relevant discipline
• Two (2) – four (4) years related experience
• Certification preferred
• Demonstrated Salesforce knowledge and expertise (including working knowledge of secondary products and solutions)
• Computer hardware, operating system (Windows or Mac) and software/application (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook etc.) skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
