Located in Northern California, the team at Joby Aviation is driven by our goal of creating an affordable, all-electric air transportation system. Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. Since 2009, our team has worked steadily to make this dream a reality. We’ve designed and tested many generations of prototype aircraft capable of serving in a network of electric air taxis. We’re looking for talented, committed individuals to join our team as we push onwards toward certifying the Joby aircraft with the Federal Aviation Administration, scaling our manufacturing, and launching our initial commercial service.
As a Senior Product Manager on the Factory Systems team, you will be instrumental in certifying the world's first eVTOL aircraft and launching the world's first Urban Air Mobility service. You will help build manufacturing systems that will produce aircraft at never-before-seen scale while maintaining the precision and traceability required for aerospace certification.
Factory Systems is the technological backbone of Joby's vertically integrated operations, encompassing the complex software and business systems that span engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations. This is a highly technical role requiring deep understanding of both software architecture and the intricate business processes that support revolutionary aircraft manufacturing.
You will drive both strategic vision and tactical execution, owning end-to-end product delivery across interconnected systems. Your decisions will directly impact Joby's certification timeline and our ability to bring safe, reliable air taxis to market.

We value all perspectives; we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
