Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 14 years of experience in program or project management.
• 10 years of experience in people management.
• Experience working in finance or finance operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Operations, Finance, or MBA in a related field.
• Experience building a new program management office especially in an operational or financial organization.
• Experience delivering positive business outcomes and building a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Ability to drive metrics, possess critical thinking, results-oriented lead, and committed to driving predictable structure, process, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders to solve business problems, generate buy-in and influence strategy and execution at all levels of the organization, including executives.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Plan the budget and manage to help drive a state-of-the-art level of responsibility across YouTube.
• Drive cost optimization cadence and ensure process compliance on a daily basis.
• Proactively manage progress and be the go-to expert for executives.
• Lead day-to-day activities for the Cost Program office team.
