We’re looking for someone who is passioned about driving the employee engagement and a culture of learning in our organization through great marketing and communication to our people. You will be joining the Global Talent, Learning & DEI team with a specific focus on a very innovative AI-driven project on building the Skills Based Organization. You will be working with passionate, energetic and social colleagues and external partners in a global environment. Are you the enthusiastic, talented intern we’re looking for?

More about the role

  • You'll assist the Talent and Leadership Development team in various projects aimed at enhancing employee development experience.
  • You'll analyze and research best practices in development enabelers
  • You'll develop communication materials, effectively conveying our talent and learning strategies, frameworks and policies .
  • You'll participate in projects like mentoring, learning platforms or building centers of expertise. project to be decided together with candidate.
  • You'll provide logistical and administrative support during program rollouts.
  • You'll gather and analyze feedback from program participants to inform future improvements.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Available for 32-40h per week
  • Master or bachelor’s in HR, Psychology with an interest in driving Talent and Employee Engagement OR
  • Master or bachelor’s in Communications and (Digital) Marketing with an interest in internal communication
  • Hands-on attitude and flexible way of working
  • Fluent in English (business level)
  • Good communication skills – you happily engage with many different people
  • Good creative design skills – you know how to work with some basic design tools and like to be creative
  • Good writing skills – you know how to create engaging communication for different target audiences
  • Preferably, you know basic data analytics
