About the job
Based at the San Clemente Palace within the Culinary Department in Venice, the Commis Chef is responsible for supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and excellence in line with Mandarin Oriental Standards.
