Create impact as a Technical Business Analyst.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Business Analyst to join our automation team in a hybrid role that blends business analysis with hands-on RPA support. If you enjoy working closely with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for automation; and also love rolling up your sleeves to troubleshoot and optimise existing solutions, this role is for you.

You’ll spend roughly half your time gathering and analysing business requirements, acting as the vital link between our business units and development team. The other half will see you supporting our UiPath bots in production, triaging issues, monitoring performance, and helping ensure our automations continue to deliver value. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and is passionate about making processes smarter and more efficient.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to all our IAG offices in Aotearoa (New Zealand).

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or automation-focused environment, with a strong understanding of process analysis

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with experience managing support tickets and resolving issues efficiently
