Introduction to the team

This role is under Cyber Security in Information Security and Information Technology function. The team is responsible in driving strategy, objectives, and priorities through the lens of business value, and optimizing our operations to increase our efficiency and effectiveness. As the Technical Program Manager, you will play a meaningful role in leading and supporting the efforts of key initiatives in Cyber Security space. You will be part of the Technical Program Management team and will work closely with different functional teams with Cyber Security and outside to help shape the future of Information Security and Information Technology by bringing a blend of strategy, engineering and program management competencies to our team. This role inherently works across various functions, and you will collaborate across multiple teams/divisions/locations to resolve problems, learn fast and drive outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Build the basic structure of a program that may include: prioritization alignment, team engagement & governance, identifying partners, etc.
  • Integrate timelines and milestones across projects, identify areas of alignment or dependency and evaluate the progress of projects, and adjust to keep the project on track
  • Lead the proactive identification and mitigation of issues and risks. You'll leverage experience to anticipate risks in advance of impacts. You will keep relevant team members and stakeholders advised of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule
  • Anticipate and recognize bottlenecks in work processes between teams and make suggestions for ongoing improvement
  • Craft differentiated technical communications for various internal and external teams based on an understanding of their differing levels of familiarity with technical language
  • Run agile ceremonies as a scrum master and the development process in conjunction with several internal partners

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master's in computer science, Engineering, or any related field; or equivalent related professional experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Program Management experience leading large, cross-organizational programs
  • Comfortable in a technical environment and being an owner/liaison between the technology and product teams
  • An effective communicator, comfortable sharing highly technical information with users across all levels of an organization
  • Able to work cross-functionally across Product managers, architects, engineers, and designers to resolve technical, procedural, and operational issues
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development
  • Demonstrates a critical understanding of business processes and challenges to recommend and develop solutions to meet outstanding business needs and objectives

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $137,500.00 to $192,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $220,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
