The Position

The End-to-End Support Framework (E2E SF) is a framework that is composed of a support structure, processes and tools. It manages and constantly evolves end users end-to-end interactions leveraging enterprise systems and solutions.

Please note that the opportunity is open on a fixed-term basis until the 31st of December, 2027.

The Opportunity

The Deployment Manager is a critical role in the roll-out and overall success of the E2E SF for the ASPIRE program, users and Roche as a whole. The role will report functionally to the E2E SF Deployment Lead and also partner with the other two regional deployment managers, to improve the industrialization of the deployment process and activities.

The role is primarily focused on managing deployments within a given region. The role is responsible for the various new customer onboardings and new ASPIRE Business Value Stream integrations into the E2E Support Framework, with the prime objective to ensure a smooth, successful onboarding journey for our customers within the given region. The role coordinates with the E2E SF Global Deployment Lead and OCM teams to plan and manage the required activities, both with the customers and the regional ASPIRE transition and vendor teams. The Deployment Manager is overall responsible for the various deployment activities being managed at the given time within his/her region, including troubleshooting any impediment from the regional deployment teams, or customer related onboarding issues.

  • Plan and coordinate all required regional deployment activities, collaborating with IT partners, ASPIRE regional deployment, and regional support teams.
  • Manage the regional roadmap of onboarding and delivery activities for the E2E SF, ensuring quality, delivery, and adoption within the region.
  • Articulate and translate the activities of the E2E SF for new customers to secure the necessary buy-in.
  • Maintain the E2E SF delivery industrialization framework, including onboarding standards, templates, and guidelines.
  • Scope, plan, manage, and control all related E2E SF activities, providing timely, accurate, and transparent reports.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners in collaboration with the E2E SF OCM team.
  • Oversee regional delivery squad teams, ensuring value delivery and high consumer satisfaction, while managing interdependencies with other regions.

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with expertise in structured project management and agile methodologies, including CAPM/PMP, Prince2, SAFe, and Scrum certifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNOW, Application Lifecycle Management tools, IT practices, and development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Safe).
  • Demonstrated ability in planning, tracking schedules, managing complex projects, and handling high complexity and risk in a scientific or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and lead cross-functional, virtual, and matrixed teams effectively.
  • Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership qualities and a strong passion for delivering value-adding technology, along with robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
