About the Job

  • Drive the development and execution of change management strategies across technology and organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Evolve the change management best practices playbook to enable Partner (direct) and Coaching Delivery models
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for transformation initiative leaders, providing successful change management approaches, risk mitigation techniques, and lessons learned from personal knowledge and industry best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders, project teams, Digital & Technology Leaders, and HR, to conduct needs analyses and design high-impact, audience-relevant change programs. Ensure cohesive execution of change efforts across departments.
  • Develop and execute change readiness assessments and establish measurement methodologies to track progress, set targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Assess and gather stakeholder and end-user feedback to refine change strategies and ensure lasting impact and value delivery.
  • Lead or support the creation and execution of change communication strategies, including newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and updates that drive adoption and support business continuity.
  • Manage and provide direction to dotted-line change management resources assigned to various initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery quality and alignment to change goals.

About You

  • 7-10 years of experience in change management and transformation work. Technology and/or Retail/Apparel industry experience preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at developing and maintaining effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of exceptional execution of large change management initiatives, including communications, training, change readiness assessments, risk evaluation and mitigation strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with a passion for deeply understanding and addressing business challenges and delivering meaningful improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats, with the ability to distill complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand messages, appropriate for the intended purpose and audience.
  • Experienced developing presentation materials that are succinct, visually engaging, and memorable.
  • Creative problem-solver adept at working across functions and levels to gather relevant, accurate information. Is action-oriented, drives for results, reviews progress, acts decisively, and can be counted on to meet goals on time
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to set and manage expectations and competing priorities.
  • Thrives in ambiguity; readily adjusts to shifting priorities and rapid change. Quick to learn and iterate rapidly
  • Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones and regions
