We’re hiring an Bilingual HR Assistant to support our busy HR team. If you're organized, bilingual in Spanish, and ready to grow your HR skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Onboard new hires and enter data in UKG
- Answer employee questions on HR policies and benefits
- Assist with benefits enrollment and changes
- Maintain employee records and track trainings
- Support payroll processing and performance reviews
- Organize training sessions and assist with reports
- Provide general admin support across departments
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1–2 years admin or HR experience
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS
