Pay Rate:

• CO: $60.96–$76.31/hr
• AL: $61.92–$77.52/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

This position requires a security clearance, and candidates are required to be U.S. Citizens.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer – Test & Verification to support one of the most advanced missile defense systems in the world. What You’ll Do

As a Test & Verification Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in validating the performance and reliability of complex aerospace systems. You will:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test procedures
• Analyze and verify software functionality in integrated environments
• Collaborate with developers and engineers in Agile teams
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to test infrastructure design
• Support DevSecOps practices and continuous integration pipelines
• Document test results and support issue resolution
• Work 100% onsite in a secure, collaborative environment
• Travel domestically up to 10% as needed

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of engineering experience (or 5+ with a Master’s, 3+ with a PhD)
• Experience with automated testing of software-intensive systems
• Familiarity with Agile development processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Security+ certification (or similar) required within 60 days of start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a DevSecOps environment
• Background in aerospace or defense systems testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools

Pay Details: $60.96 to $76.31 per hour
