Perform end-to-end planning, critical-path evaluation, and communication for quality on project teams. Ensure that quality objectives for projects are met in a timely manner and efficient manner. Perform process and product acceptance and audit correction/preventative actions. Address technical, regulatory, business, and operational quality needs, including communication, training, and other duties as required to ensure the business meets quality requirements for the project or processes. Develop or update in-process inspection requirements to ensure the greatest value in process control for the customer and the plant during the manufacturing process while meeting regulatory requirements. Utilize methodologies and tactics on issues that occur during a project. Develop protocols, reports, rationales, product acceptance, audit corrective/preventative actions, and justifications. Implement plant, corporate, or customer driven changes and provide overall support of process improvements or corrective actions. Implement process improvements to improve quality and conduct quality improvement projects through various CI initiatives. Monitor the performance of product lines for product quality metrics. Work to implement document changes in support of ongoing efforts to simplify internal quality procedures in alignment with business unit and corporate requirements. Perform investigations for quality issues resulting in large rejections or customer complaints by using applicable problem solving and root cause techniques. Review and develop changes in existing or proposed processes or requirements to achieve optimum quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must also have demonstrated experience in the following: Statistical analysis: Minitab; Office productivity and data management: Microsoft Office; Quality Management and ERP: QT9; Enterprise resource planning and business process management: ERP NetSuite; and Lean Six Sigma.
