We make real what matters. About the role:

• Candidate is expected to handle the execution of multiple O&M sites, play a role to motivate the site employees to win the customer satisfaction in terms of quality and safety.
• Day to day involvement in the execution activities, prepare the RCA, take a part in technical clarification for the RCA with customer.
• Review the project and take the improvement measures in NCC.
• To show proactive actions and innovations to adhere all the safety protocol to be implemented every day and the tasks which are being carried out at all sites.
• Motivate/train the site employees in technical and safety aspects.
• Create a resource pool in all categories to provide hurdle free services.
• Understand the requirement of site and coordinate with SCM to complete.

BE Electrical OR BE Electrical and Electronics with minimum 6-9 years relevant experience in

High voltage and Extra High Voltage substations and from service background to manage the Data center

and industry customers
