About the team:
- Team consists of software engineers with well balanced level of experience and different focuses from Front-End, Back-End development to testing (manual, automated), Business Analysts with high focus on quality and outcome of deliveries
- Team is spread across two locations, Vilnius and Stockholm. So, travelling few times a year might apply

Role responsibilities:
Main responsibility of the Business Analyst is to gather requirements, analyse and document it in a structured way, refine together with development team to secure it is understood by all team members and ensure quality of the delivery
- You will collaborate with Product Owners, Product Specialists and other Stakeholders and gather requirements in order to understand the needs and objectives of the delivery
- You will conduct workshops, interviews and meetings to gather detail requirements and document those in Jira, Confluence etc.
- You will lead refinement meetings together with development team to secure the understanding of requirements, needs and objectives
- You will work closely with UX designers and solution architects to ensure solution meets both user needs and business objectives
- You will continuously evalute delivered solutions for any improvements or enhancements
- You will be part of maintenance and incident handling routine
- Together with the team, you will constantly strive to improve our ways of working
What is needed in this role:
- Experience in the role as Business Analyst (preferably in the banking payments domain)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Curiosity and attention to the details
- Capacity to balance both requirements and deliveries from a helicopter view as well as ability to deep dive into the details
- Strong sense of ownership and a drive to gain domain knowledge
- Self-driven, solution-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude and value driven mindset
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
