Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school (relevant experience may be substituted)
Previous operational experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or a related industry
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Experience supervising and leading teams
Knowledge and experience in exterior logistics
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and a strong work ethic
