Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX, as a Manufacturing Support Team Member SR. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring production aligns with engineering requirements while coordinating across engineering, quality, and customer-facing functions

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Supports production, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
  • Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
  • The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
  • Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to effectively step in and represent leadership when required
  • Rotation weekend overtime maybe required

Basic Qualifications:

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems

Proficiency with key manufacturing tools and platforms such as or equivalent QADS, SFM, SVMS, NFS, and Tableau

Prior lead experience

Desired Skills:

In-depth experience supporting the F-35 production environment.

Proven knowledge of the Lockheed Martin organizational structure, including Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, and Industrial Engineering.

Strong communicator with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information across various levels of the organization.

Highly effective at managing time, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Skilled in building and leveraging professional networks to drive collaborative solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Expert-level proficiency with key manufacturing systems, including QADS, SFM, SVMS, NFS, and Tableau.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to multitask and prioritize job assignments effetely

Clearance Level: None

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
