Job Details:

Pay: $20.85/hr

Hours: 2:30PM - 11:00PM (start and end times may vary)

Job Description:

As the CAS Picking Room Operator, you are responsible for setting up pickers and maintaining them during production. Auditing feathers and adjusting pickers as necessary. Additional audits as needed. This is a fast-paced position that works alone the majority of the time and is located in a moist atmosphere.

Requirements:

Candidate must be able to work efficiently at a fast pace, be self-motivated and reliable. The physical ability to work with your arms raised for a long period of time as well as standing throughout the day without difficulty is required. Must be able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal.

External Requirement: 6-month Production experience listed on the application (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months).

Rehire Consideration:

  • Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered for hire.
  • 90 days (3 months) waiting period.
