What You'll Do
- Coordinate complex international calendars and prioritize across time zones
- Manage executive travel, including bookings and visa arrangements
- Handle travel and expense reports reliably and on time
- Organize internal and external meetings and events
- Act as communication filter and coordinator for key priorities
- Keep contact data and administrative records up to date
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and their executive assistants
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across departments and teams
What You'll Bring
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and 2+ years of experience in team or executive support
- Highly organized with strong time and project management skills; structured and composed even when multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially under pressure ("sweats the small stuff")
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with diplomacy and discretion
- Flexible and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced environments; adapts easily to shifting priorities and working styles
- Team player – collaborative, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile
- Comfortable managing tasks across time zones and resolving ad-hoc requirements
- Strong customer service orientation – highly responsive, committed to delivering high-quality results
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to tasks and challenges

- Good judgment – perceptive, practical, and professional; knows when to ask for input or escalate
