The Position

As a Service Delivery is to perform complete, stringent and timely financial tasks, including but not limited to system analysis, issue resolution, and inquiry handling :

You will be :

• Execute request related to SAP FI, MM, CO, SD module in Ticketing tool and coordination and execution of SAP release activities, focusing on FI (Fixed Asset, GL closing, Financial Accounting, Bank/Payment/Treasury, Table Maintenance, Authorization, system failure) and CO (Management Accounting – cost center, profit center, COPA, service billing, Table Maintenance); Execute requests and understand related to Business Warehouse BW4 reports, analytical Fiori applications and SAC dashboards
• Handling incoming incidents, supporting both Roche Affiliates and multiple regional and global IT departments related to Finance and Controlling processes, or other small system or tools-related activities in line with the scope/ role responsibility split. • Escalate user support issues and enhancement requests to the appropriate Support Team and track to conclusion. Evaluation and management of user requests/incidents based on ITIL methodology and prioritisation towards IT or business accordingly. Supporting the month-end closing activity application system, ensuring smooth operation for end users.Understand and assess the potential data differences between BW4, SAC and S4 and assess where differences may come from. Performs and participates in the analysis, (re)design and implementation of business and systems processes and procedures following appropriate standard. Have a user-level knowledge of supporting applications. Maintaining soft and hard configuration in SAP, focusing on relevant background table updates, Systems monitoring
• Maintenance and review of Background table setups in SAP environments, in line with the scope/ role responsibility split. Proactively seek opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between teams/ team members, regardless of country/functional assignments. Training material preparation and delivery (including delta training) – using Train the Trainer and end user concepts . Advisory on Financial Accounting Processes and System Configurations, both for local sites and within RSS Budapes. Support users and appropriate governance boards in SAP Finance process changes or system upgrades, and financial planning changes.
• Documentation handling and reporting , Maintenance of SOPs, Knowledge Base and User Guidance. Report creation by request from controllers/FMs and external requestors (KPMG/Deloitte). Contribute to processes and procedures. Mark incidents as knowledge candidates, create and review knowledge articles, based on the System documentation.
• Service Transition : Project Management, process improvemen : Finance Project management, system enhancement, lead coordination, facilitate Finance-related Projects, system enhancements, updates, configurations, Deployment support (data collection, training, hypercare, test script creation, test coordination). Participate in technology projects, providing functional analysis, testing and scripted regression testing. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the implementation. Creation of action plans and roadmaps to implement the solutions
• Stakeholder Management : Regular communication with the finance community, Act as an escalation board in IT, Establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand their business needs. Provide exceptional Service support to the business. Work with a variety of business and technical teams to enhance service. Understanding business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholder. Understanding customers’ objectives, processes, and products E2E. Proactively seek opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between team members. Display high integrity on the job and comply with the Roche guidelines.

Who you are :

• You are a strong communicator & team player with multicultural acceptance and service orientation.
• Experience in BW4 and ideally SAC or any other analytical tool like Tableau, QlikView. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Strong customer centricity and stakeholder management skills
• Experienced in SAP (FI, MM, CO, SD, AA). Ability to work independently and in a team as well. Focus on details and innovatio
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritisation. Has analytical thinking, 3-5 years of finance and accounting experience. Project experience (desirable). Finance Master Data basics (desirable)
• We are seeking an individual with 1-3 years of related experience in finance and accounting. Comprehensive insight into the processes of the Financial Accounting Organization and Demand to Pay departments. SAP knowledge – Finance module and Controlling module. You bring the following qualifications: University or College Education, concentration in Finance or Accounting
