Customer Success Manager – Email & Reconnect Product
Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is on the lookout for a “dynamic” Customer Success Manager to join our team, specializing in our email and reconnect products. This role is a critical juncture between our sophisticated email marketing and re-engagement solutions and client success. Our customers depend on being able to understand and best use Dynamic Yield’s Email and Reconnect products to create seamless, automated, and data-driven experiences throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a role for someone who understands the ins and outs of email marketing, re-engagement strategy, and has a knack for synthesizing campaign and lifecycle data to help clients realize measurable value. Domain knowledge, strategic fluency, and program management skills are essential to success in this role, as the CSM will act as the central liaison between internal teams and client-side lifecycle marketing and CRM stakeholders.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
