Job Description
Are you interested in contributing to the growth of the world’s leader in Testing for Life through the development of key Information Technology (IT) solutions?
We are looking for an account and quotation management system Transversal Business Analyst to design new IT solutions for a fast-growing network of companies. This position focuses on understanding and defining end-to-end processes that interact with the Account Data Management System (ADMS) and ComLIMS-Quotation (CLQ) system. In addition, the role aims to improve essential processes, including offer configuration, account configuration, commercial conditions & quotation preparation, and processes related to sales, marketing and customer service, that take place ahead of the ordering process.
Through documented processes, the impact on all business processes and software implementations should be identified, prioritised and implemented. As such, the Transversal Business Analyst ensures a continuous overview of all ADMS and CLQ processes and application interactions within the complete Eurofins network IT suite.
As a Transversal Business Analyst, you will act as a functional expert, with knowledge of all Eurofins concepts to describe cross-application processes interacting with ADMS and CLQ concepts. The final deliverable will be ADMS and CLQ business process descriptions, along with – when relevant – Business Requirements (BRs) for all affected processes and applications. For this, you will be the main coordinator between our applications teams for their implementation. The Transversal Business Analyst is also involved in the analysis and implementation of User Requirements (URs) and the related User Stories (USs), with a priority given to ADMS User Requirements.

In this position, you will be responsible for detailed process descriptions which require detailed knowledge of conception tools such as Unified Modelling Language (UML) or Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
