In this role, a typical day will include：

• 在本地管理客户，培养业务关系以实现销售目标，并与客户关键利益相关者建立和维护关系
• 深入了解关键客户的需求和要求，通过提供满足其需求和目标的定制解决方案来扩展与现有客户的关系
• 在指定客户中推动销售、促销和发展，以实现商业目标，并为指定客户制定客户发展战略和专门的行动计划
• 向目标客户/外科医生展示Infiniti、Laureate、Centurion和Luxor显微镜，实现仪器产品的价值影响和数量增长
• 准备领导策略与个人战术计划，并为分析、未来潜力与关键项目提供战略输入，确保组织与个人的共同发展‌
• 准备和谈判合同，并指导针对特定账户的计划，实现客户满意与业务目标‌
• 根据既定指南执行市场计划和行动计划
• 通过培训、指导和管理关键商业项目，支持直接下属的持续发展，管理绩效、激励和保留，发展有效的销售团队
• 在本地处理不良事件和产品投诉活动
• 遵守所有公司合规指南和公司计划
• 为爱尔康客户关系管理系统提供及时准确的数据，确保合规并保持期望的销售团队效能关键绩效指标

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON任职要求:

1、统招本科及以上学历背景，学习能力和态度好，大客户管理经验；

2、年轻有冲劲，有2年以上临床耗材销售经验，具有良好的专业学术性；

3、踏实勤奋的，积极主动，抗压能力强
