Helpware

The Information Design Lead plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, visually compelling design solutions that support the Enablement & Solutions team across proposals, case studies, client presentations, playbooks, and training materials for both internal and external audiences. This role works in close partnership with Proposal Strategy, Sales Enablement, and other key stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are aligned with Helpware’s brand standards and clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences. The Information Design Lead is responsible for planning, conceptualizing, and producing illustrations, graphics, infographics, slide decks, charts, and layouts that enhance the clarity and impact of technical proposals, sales collateral, and educational content. The role requires the ability to gather inputs from multiple sources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate raw content into polished, on-brand visual materials. Strong creative instincts, advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, and a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition are essential. Experience in design systems, 3D or motion graphics, and visual storytelling is highly valued. The Information Design Lead must balance creativity with task efficiency, managing both high-impact and day-to-day design needs while delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards. This role also includes maintaining design style guides, retouching and manipulating images, implementing creative strategies to support marketing goals, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams, while also remaining flexible to take on additional tasks as assigned.
