We are seeking an experienced International Military Program Operations Representative to join our AAFS Aftermarket Program Operations team, supporting all contracts for the International Military customer base. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing International Military Aftermarket Spares and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and external customers.

The Work

The International Military Program Operations Representative will be responsible for:

Managing International Military Aftermarket Spares UH-60/S70i make-material on order, from placement to final closeout

Responding to account manager inquiries regarding order and delivery status, and participating in preparation for customer status calls and briefings

Maintaining extensive interface with Delivery Assurance and Production teams to ensure delivery schedule adherence

Managing inventory levels, forecasting, and delivery to contract accuracy on all contracted parts

Collaborating regularly with cross-functional teams, including:

Program Management

Business Development

Finance

Supply Chain

Delivery Assurance

Quality

Engineering teams

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent

experience/combined education, with 2-3 years of professional experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, motivated to learn and take on challenges
  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks and shifting priorities
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with various business units and customers
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Tableau & RMS Business Intelligence reporting
  • 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Operations, or similar field

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
