Overview

An Associate Program Manager is equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker, and client relationship builder. You will be working closely with global teams and major brands to drive digital marketing solutions that are delivered on-time and on-budget without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to establishing project vision
  • Ensure that all assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations / requirements
  • Develop and maintain all project deliverables including project charters, budgets, project plans, risk / issues logs, project dashboards / management reports and change orders etc.
  • Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and external meetings
  • Assure that projects are delivered according to schedule and within budget
  • Ensure that all project documentation uses standard / approved formats, follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed / approved prior delivery to the client
  • Act as the client point-of-contact for project related issues
  • Participate in PM Discipline community for knowledge sharing, thought leadership and personal growth

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Understanding of different project management methodologies including the ability to identify / resolve issues, develop detailed work plans & specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in identifying and resolving project related risks
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $65,415. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
