You Are:

UST is searching for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Salesforce Consultant. They gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with stakeholders to design scalable Salesforce solutions.

The opportunity:

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-driven improvements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to design scalable solutions.
  • Create, present, and maintain documentation; secure stakeholder feedback and formal sign-off.
  • Support system testing by preparing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deliver user training and develop materials to drive Salesforce adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to advise business strategies.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably 4+ years in Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Experience creating process maps, user stories, functional specs, and system documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders and securing stakeholders’ acceptance and approvals.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies.
  • Ability to support testing processes, including test case development and UAT coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend best practices and scalable solutions.
  • Required Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
