Position Summary:
The Rebate Payment Operations team is responsible for administering the contract terms and provisions for our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) clients, related to drug rebates and rebate guarantees. The team is responsible for processing payments for all our clients across the PBM, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and client representatives is a priority. The department is innovative, fast-paced, and in a consistent state of change, therefore this role requires a professional, detail-oriented, and flexible individual, with superior time-management skills.
As a Rebate Operations Manager, you will work autonomously to initiate and lead projects and improvements to enhance our team’s current systems and processes and align with our strategic goals.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
