We have a hybrid working model of 3 days together, 2 days wherever. This role is based out of our Snowhill, Birmingham digital hub office.
This role sits within Corporate Units, which is the area that helps deliver BT’s strategy and plans for growth. We shape and steer the direction of the business by managing the applications used by our people, finances, shared services and buildings. We also oversee our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations too.
The role holder will be responsible for the in-life management of BT’s People Systems, specifically Qualtrics, covering solution design, build, and issue management, seeking to optimise the cost to serve and the colleague experience.
They will be responsible for the business administration and configuration of Qualtrics and responsible for system change and support activities including adoption of new functionality, resolving in-life issues and driving improvements to the colleague experience.
They will work closely with the HR Transformation squad to develop and deliver the future roadmap, taking accountability for all in-life functionality. As part of in-life management the role holder will play a key role in ensuring BT continues to fully exploit and benefit from future product developments working across the community, HR, vendors and other customers.
