About This Role
The Associate Director of Change Management- R&D will be responsible for overseeing and managing the change management processes related to ongoing and future technological advances that will be implemented in Safety & Regulatory Operations, Medical Writing and Benefit Risk Management (SABR), including AI initiatives and platform technology implementations and/or significant changes within SABR and across drug development. SABR will own and manage several platform technologies within drug development, including central management of Biogen’s product information. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and integration of new systems and processes that will impact the highly regulated domains within SABR. Change management leadership will be critical for AI initiatives, as they will change/evolve processes, roles, and responsibilities across the organization. The Associate Director will work closely with various departments across drug development, including IT & PO&T, to ensure that changes are effectively communicated and implemented.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $159,000.00-$219,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
