HRIS Manager

Location: Dallas, TX - onsite

Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base + bonus

We’re working with a fast-growing organization seeking a HRIS Manager to join their Dallas-based team. This direct hire opportunity plays a pivotal role in leading HR systems strategy, optimization, and integration across a portfolio of companies. The role focuses on ensuring systems like Workday and Greenhouse are scalable, efficient, and aligned with long-term business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the architecture and daily operations of enterprise HR systems, including Workday (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time, Talent, Recruiting) and Greenhouse ATS
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, IT, Finance, and Business Operations to align system roadmaps with company goals
  • Manage integrations across HRIS, ATS, LMS, and related systems, ensuring secure and consistent data flows
  • Lead system enhancements, process automation, and user experience improvements
  • Oversee reporting and analytics using Workday tools, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and privacy regulations
  • Guide and mentor HRIS team members and contribute to system strategy across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years managing enterprise HR systems, including Workday implementation and optimization
  • Deep expertise with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and functional modules
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms and their integration with HCM/ERP systems
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis, reporting, and APIs/middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
  • Experience working in multi-entity or holding company environments is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Workday Pro certification preferred
