ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Responsible for taking inbound calls from consumer and mortgage customers.
  • Administers escrow accounts, including tax, insurance and MIP/PMI payments and ensure timely disbursements
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date loan records in the system related to customer service notes, insurance maintenance and follow-up and other relevant information.
  • Responsible for the completion and delivery of all payoff quote requests in a timely manner.
  • Generates reports and/or complete project work as needed.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
  • Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
  • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • One (1) - two (2) years of experience in loan servicing, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with consumer/ mortgage servicing software and/or systems.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to effectively listen and elicit information.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time wearing a telephone headset.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed goals and objectives while fostering a team atmosphere.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured but flexible environment.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma/GED required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel over night, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
