As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will be charged with thinking expansively and working proactively to improve the effectiveness of the leadership team, the overall organization, its strategy, and impact. The successful candidate for this position possesses an ability to lead through influence across teams and levels of seniority, demonstrates the discipline to seek clarity and deliver results in ambiguous situations, and is a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives through engagement with internal partners. The candidate should have a solid process and business acumen across program management, communication, planning, data analytics, and business/performance management.
Position Description:
Leadership Effectiveness
Drive strategic initiatives, process improvement and thought leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness. Synthesize complex information from various sources to tell clear and compelling stories. Create and own leadership & extended leadership team processes and agendas, including follow-through and related communications to enable successful leadership of the organization. Participate as a valued leadership team member and offer perspectives to influence key strategic decisions. Maximize the effectiveness of the leadership team by helping balance priorities, communicate effectively, understand performance-to-value drivers, and connect with the team.
Communications
Own org-level communications and deliverables to effectively drive clarity on the organization’s priorities and decisions. Design and execute global all-hands events, plan and manage business and manager meetings. Create and deliver performance metrics and scorecards representing the state of the business.
Rhythm of the business
Own the business review cadence – define the agenda, prepare leadership, facilitate meetings, and ensure action closure with cross-functional teams. Synthesize programs to stakeholders, leveraging data and performance metrics to demonstrate value and show business impact, while adapting communication style and storytelling strategy. Lead the rhythm of business during plan execution, working across teams to ensure all program requirements are met. Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working with the leadership team on sensitive business and organizational issues, manage ambiguity, and propose workable solutions to challenging problems. Leverage technology and automation to optimize processes and workflows.
Business Program Management
Design and implement programs supporting the organization’s key priorities. Support short and long-term planning efforts that enhance opportunities for AI and continuous improvement. Define and track success criteria and performance metrics (e.g. Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as quality, adoption, usage, impact and effectiveness). Identify opportunities, design and execute programs, and ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
