Division Overview:


As part of the Sales and Distribution department, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is to help Morgan Stanley’s sales and advisory people to interact better with our clients. It is an approach to managing a company’s interactions with current and future customers. This is the division from where we get new business from our clients. CRM is a global team with presences in New York, London and India.



The candidate must possess at least 5-8 years of strong technology background with excellent hands-on knowledge of ETL/ Informatica, Data Warehouse and Data bases.

Primary Skills:

Experienced ETL developer with hands on a specific tool like Informatica.
Strong data warehousing ETL experience
History of owning and successfully delivering ETL solutions
Well versed with the databases concepts and experience in developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views and Triggers, Complex SQL queries
Ability to coordinate with multiple QA, Development & Product Management groups across the firm.
Strong development skills with ability to understand technical design and translate the same into workable solution.
Strong written and oral communication skills. Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.
Strong process orientation with in-depth understanding of SDLC.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and work on the same to meet business requirements.


Desired Skills:

Candidate with Neo4J and Db2 RDBMS knowledge have an added advantage
Candidate with UNIX shell scripting knowledge have an added advantage
