Job Purpose
Lead cybersecurity for OT/IACS environments by implementing policies, controls, risk analyses, and secure integration between IT and OT to ensure the protection of industrial systems.
Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls for OT/IACS environments
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits on industrial systems, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration between corporate and industrial systems
- Manage firewalls, network segmentation, and other OT-specific security measures
- Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analyses, and prepare post-incident reports
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and ISO 27001
- Design, deliver, and support cybersecurity awareness training for operational and technical teams
- Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in OT/IACS cybersecurity
- Participate in planning and executing penetration tests and cyberattack simulations in OT environments
You are meant for this job if:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
- Preferred certifications: ISA/IEC 62443 Expert or equivalent, SANS GICSP or equivalent
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in English
