Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.

About the Role:

  • Inspect construction materials and workmanship across civil, structural, MEP, HVAC, and cleanroom installations.
  • Ensure that quality control procedures are implemented at every stage of project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Assurance Procedures.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation in compliance with cGMP and pharma project standards.
  • Coordinate third-party inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) where applicable.
  • Maintain NCR (Non-Conformance Report) logs, issue corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and track resolution.
  • Maintain and organize QA/QC documentation for validation and project handover.

About You:

  • Bachelor's or master's in engineering or quality management.
  • Prior experience in QA/QC or Quality Management in Highrise/Museum/Multiplex construction.
  • Expertise in cGMP, GEP, ISO 9001, and validation documentation.
  • Proven leadership in managing quality across multidisciplinary pharma projects.
