Are you a natural communicator and passionate about delivering exceptional service? As the Whatever/Whenever Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You will supervise our communication center operations and lead a team dedicated to delivering prompt, personalized, and seamless service around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Whatever/Whenever team to deliver flawless guest interactions via calls and messaging.

Handle escalated guest requests or complaints with confidence and empathy.

Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs in real-time.

Ensure accuracy and efficiency in call handling, message delivery, and task execution.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support continuous development.

Assist with scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and day-to-day communication center operations.

Create "Wow" moments for our Connectors (guests) by anticipating needs and offering tailored solutions—whatever, whenever.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in guest services or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a warm and confident tone.

Proficiency in English; Czech is a plus.

A proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
