We are looking for a Worker Field Maintenance to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in St. Louis, MO.

As a Maintenance Technician at the St. Louis Site, you will be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance within the facility and for the timely production of high-quality products in a cost-efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible manner. The primary work activities include the repair and maintenance of the facility and its equipment.

During your shift as a Worker Field Maintenance, you will

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and the facility in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools, cutting and burning equipment, welding equipment, and operate material handling equipment.
• Wear prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure that safety measures are properly followed.
• Immediately report unsafe acts or conditions to the supervisor and take interim steps to protect yourself and others from serious risk.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when equipment is down or as needed.
• One position is for the first shift (1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM) and the second position is for the second shift (2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM).

If you...

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. (Mandatory)
• Have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/machine tool maintenance and repair (or 3 years plus a relevant manufacturing license).(Mandatory)
• Acquire technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Display the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Possess strong organizational, communicational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
